Gun Owners of America (GOA) today announced the launch of its new Corporate Membership program, giving businesses a direct and formal way to join GOA's fight to defend and restore the Second Amendment.
The program comes following GOA's historic victory against key National Firearms Act registration requirements, which underscored the importance of membership when courts limit legal relief to named plaintiffs, members, or customers. Corporate Membership establishes an annual dues-based relationship between GOA and the participating business entity, providing greater certainty when a GOA legal victory or injunction extends relief specifically to "GOA Members."
"For years, pro-Second Amendment businesses have stood shoulder to shoulder with GOA in the fight for freedom," said Kailey Nieman, Director of Development and Marketing. "Our new Corporate Membership program gives those companies a formal place within GOA while helping their employees become members of the organization that never compromises on their rights. Recent court victories have demonstrated that membership matters, and we want businesses across the country to have the opportunity to stand with us."
Corporate Membership is available in three annual levels based on company size:
• $1,000 for businesses with 1–25 employees
• $5,000 for businesses with 26–99 employees
• $10,000 for businesses with 100–500 employees
Each level includes membership for the covered business entity and complimentary individual GOA memberships for eligible employees, up to the number permitted under the selected level. Participating companies receive a unique coupon code employees may use to activate their individual memberships.
The program is separate from GOA's Caliber Club and is specifically structured to establish a formal membership relationship between GOA and the business itself. Corporate Membership applies only to the enrolled entity and does not automatically extend legal coverage to its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or related entities. Any protection arising from litigation remains subject to the language of the applicable court order and the circumstances of the individual case.
Businesses can learn more or enroll in the program at GOA's Corporate Membership page.
GOA spokesmen are available for interviews. Gun Owners of America is a nonprofit grassroots lobbying organization representing more than two million members and activists. For more information, visit GOA's Press Center.
