The Upland Game Bird Enhancement Program Advisory Council will meet in Conrad on Sept. 14 and 15 to review program activities and tour local habitat projects.
The Sept. 14 field tour will give participants an opportunity to see habitat projects firsthand. During the tour, FWP regional staff will highlight work underway to improve upland game bird habitat, support working agricultural lands and expand public hunting opportunities on private and public lands. The council will resume its regular meeting on Sept. 15.
Both the field tour and meeting are open to the public. For meeting details, visit the Upland Game Bird Council page on the FWP website.
The meeting will be held at the Moose Lodge, 617 S. Main Street, Conrad.
