Take to the Saltwater Every Week on "Reel Coast Thursdays" on World Fishing Network

Don't let summer get away! Plan a saltwater adventure, and World Fishing Network has the place to start – "Reel Coast Thursdays," from 6:00-10:00 p.m. ET. Tune in for the network's most educational lineup of saltwater fishing programs highlighting the wide variety of angling opportunities available, many right off the coast. The evening starts with Livin' the Dream with Captain Jimmy Nelson, who along with his wife Luiza always seems to find the most exotic locales. Then on George Poveromo's World of Saltwater Fishing, viewers share great angling adventures all up and down the Eastern Seaboard. On Saltwater Underground with Nick Honachefsky, every destination's unique fishing culture is revealed. On Unfathomed, Captain George Gozdz has a knack for showcasing great fishing and colorful personalities. The Fish Guyz TV show highlights everything the Conch Republic has to offer from Key Largo to Key West. On Spear Life, Jon Brunson and team seek out great beach towns and big fish. Then Julie Higgs Spearfishing travels the globe in search of spectacular speargun action. Lastly, on Uncharted Waters with Peter Miller, the three-time World Sailfish Champion still has plenty to say about his fishing hot spots. Must-see programs on the "Reel Coast Thursdays" block include:

Livin' the Dream with Captain Jimmy Nelson (6:00 p.m. ET): Follow Captain Jimmy Nelson and his wife Luiza as they travel and fish in exotic locales. In the first episode of this month, "Fishing in the Dry Tortugas, Part 2," the Nelsons explore the small group of islands some 70 miles west of Key West and comprising about 100 square miles of mostly open water and reefs.

George Poveromo's World of Saltwater Fishing (6:30 p.m. ET): Learn from renowned saltwater angler George Poveromo as he pursues a wide variety of marine game fish. Viewers "share the cockpit" with Poveromo as he travels to coastal angling destinations from Connecticut to Mississippi, as well as the Bahamas and other islands off the coast of Florida. In this week's episode, "Striped Bass of the Back Bays," Poveromo chases big stripers off of New Jersey.

Saltwater Underground with Nick Honachefsky (7:00 p.m. ET): Every week, Host Nick Honachefsky explores the world's finest fishing destinations. The story unfolds with a boots-on-the-ground approach to understanding the local scene while making the most of every fishing opportunity. Viewers can count on plenty of salty characters, good fun and the best of the saltwater lifestyle. On the first episode of the month, "Marathon Reef Madness," Honachefsky hops on board with Captain Jimmy Gagliardini to fish for snapper, mahi, grouper, macks and more along the Marathon patch reefs.

Unfathomed (7:30 p.m. ET): Capt. George Gozdz takes you fishing with focus on destinations, intriguing personalities, and quality fisheries. On this week's show, "Inshore & Offshore," Captain Gozdz is looking for fishing adventure wherever he can find it along Florida's Treasure Coast.

The Fish Guyz TV (8:00 p.m. ET): Join The Fish Guyz as Captain Lain Goodwin, Earl Byrd III and an eclectic crew of local legends fish their way through the Florida Keys, showcasing everything the Conch Republic has to offer from Key Largo all the way to Key West. Chef Cat Pheiffer demystifies seafood with simple recipes made for the home kitchen. On the first episode of this month, "Best of The Fish Guyz, Season 5," the Guyz look back at their most exciting moments.

Spear Life (8:30 p.m. ET): If hanging with the boys, soaking up the beach life and shooting monster fish sounds like a perfect day to you, then you just might be living the Spear Life. An unscripted documentary, this series follows Jon Brunson and two lifelong friends, Gary Zumwalt and Coby Treasure, as they search for the best beach towns to have some fun and fish big enough to be on anybody's spearfishing bucket list. In this week's episode, "The Annual Brunson Bash," the crew teams up with family and friends to overcome challenging conditions on the water and ulitimately turn their catch into an unforgettable feast.

Julie Higgs Spearfishing (9:00 p.m. ET): A lifelong spearfishing aficionado, Julie Higgs first discovered her passion while sailing aboard her family's sailboat in the Bahamas, where fish dinners caught by pole-spear were as much a tradition as a pastime. Higgs now travels all over the world targeting big fish and bigger adventures. In this week's program, "Spearfishing the Dry Tortugas," Higgs and friends take aim at the famous desert islands off the Florida Keys.

Uncharted with Peter Miller (9:30 p.m. ET): Hosted by three time World Sailfish Champion Peter Miller, this program features some of the best fishing locations in the world. It also highlights the lifestyle, culinary gems and local flair that make each destination so colorful. Come along on his adventures as Miller unveils his bucket list fishing hotspots. The first show of the month, "Permit, Mahi and Tuna in Stuart, Florida," Miller takes his new 43-foot Invincible to Stuart, Florida, to fish for permit and mahi with Captain Matt George.
