Realtree has joined the Retrieving Freedom, Inc. (RFI) Business Alliance as a Platinum Sponsor. The partnership supports RFI's mission to change lives through the training and placement of service dogs for veterans with disabilities and children with autism.
RFI is proud to welcome Realtree, the world's leading camouflage brand, to its Business Alliance. This growing coalition of corporate support has brought industry leaders together who are committed to transforming the lives of veterans with disabilities and children with special needs.
RFI provides professionally trained service dogs at no cost to clients. Each dog undergoes an average of two years of training before being matched with a recipient. RFI's mission is made possible entirely through the generosity of corporate partners and donors who believe no hero should have to pay for the help they've earned.
"Realtree is honored to stand alongside an organization giving so much to those who have sacrificed for our country and families in need of help," said Jim McGinn, Vice President of Marketing at Realtree. "Retrieving Freedom's commitment to supporting veterans and children with autism reflects the kind of mission we're proud to stand behind. This doesn't feel like a sponsorship. It feels like doing the right thing for the right people. Their work changes lives in a real and meaningful way, and we're honored to be part of it."
Retrieving Freedom is establishing itself as the service dog organization of the outdoor industry, earning the support of respected brands, including Starline Brass, Realtree, Federal, Hornady, Hodgdon, Purina, Big Frig, Boyt Harness Company, RuffLand, Diamond Pet Foods, Delta Waterfowl, Dallas Safari Club, and many more. Platinum Sponsorships include naming rights to a puppy heading into service dog training. Realtree will announce their puppy name in the future.
"Realtree's partnership means more service dogs placed, more lives changed, and further proof of how the outdoor industry shows up for those who have shown up for all of us," said Brandon Butler, CEO of Retrieving Freedom. "Having Realtree in our corner is a tremendous statement about what the outdoor industry stands for. We are grateful for their commitment to our veterans, and the children and families we serve."
The industry leaders supporting the RFI Business Alliance share a conviction that the shooting sports and outdoor communities have a responsibility to care for the men and women who served our nation, and that helping children is a universal cause.
