Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYSE: RGR)—Team Ruger's James McGinty and David Olhasso traveled along the East Coast, crushing the Delaware State GPA, Harvard Steel Smashers and the PA State Steel Challenge Championship with their reliable Ruger firearms.
First, McGinty and Olhasso competed in the Delaware State GPA with their Ruger® RXM® pistols. Olhasso won the Compact Pistol Iron division, securing first place with a final score of 224.64. In the Full Size Iron division, McGinty also earned first place with a score of 193.05.
At the Harvard Steel Smashers in Harvard, MA, McGinty and Olhasso dominated all six stages. Olhasso, with his reliable RXM pistol, earned first place in the Stock Auto Unlimited and Open Auto Unlimited divisions. McGinty then placed first in Open Auto with an impressive score of 94.96, using his Ruger SR1911® Competition pistol. He also competed with his Ruger PC Carbine™ in the PCC division, earning a final score of 62.53 and placing second.
They finished the weekend strong by competing in the Pennsylvania State Steel Challenge. Olhasso led the way, earning first place in the Production division with his RXM pistol. He also competed in the Limited Optic division with his RXM, finishing third with a final score of 75.17. Next, McGinty finished third in the Open division with his SR1911 pistol.
