Pictograph Cave State Park will offer ranger-guided tours every Saturday between May 23 and Aug. 29. The walking tours will begin at 10 a.m. and last approximately one hour. Participation in the tours is free, but regular park fees will apply.

Rangers will discuss park history, archeology, geology, and Native American occupation of the site during tours. The tours will be on the park's ¾ mile trail, which is steep in places and is mildly strenuous. Closed-toe shoes, insect repellent, sunscreen and water are recommended for participants.

Group size will be limited to 20 participants during each Saturday tour. To reserve a spot for any Saturday tour, call the park at 406-254-7342.

Pictograph Cave State Park is located a few miles outside of Billings at 3401 Coburn Road.
