HELENA – The Montana State Shooting Facilities and Improvements Development and Oversight Task Force will meet Friday, April 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The meeting will be held on Zoom.
The task force will hear from Colorado Parks & Wildlife and South Dakota Game, Fish & Parks on how they addressed shooting facilities in their states.
The task force is responsible for identifying shooting facility needs in Montana and is tasked with developing a set of recommendations for the development, location and administrative structure of state shooting facilities and improvements. The deadline for the recommendations is June 30, 2027.
