On April 22, GRITR Range, a premier indoor shooting range and firearms training center in North Richland Hills, within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, TX, will host an in-person class on how to properly use a pistol red dot sight.
Designed for intermediate-level shooters, Pistol Red Dot Skills class focuses on the practical use of red dot systems and the core techniques needed to run them effectively.
Through structured drills, students will work on developing target focus, tracking the dot during recoil, and improving follow-up shots. The class also addresses common challenges shooters face when using red dot optics, such as losing the dot, adapting to lighting conditions, and refining trigger control for improved precision.
By the end of the session, students will leave with a solid foundation in red dot optics and practical skills that can support both defensive and competitive shooting applications. Students will also gain a set of drills they can continue practicing on their own after the class.
