Whitetails Unlimited issued grants totaling $318,541 fostering their HOPE for Wildlife Program this past fiscal year. A majority of these funds helped with land acquisitions which provide access to public hunting and other year-round outdoor activities.
Wildlife habitat, hunter access, and the reduction of poaching are priorities of Whitetails Unlimited. The HOPE for Wildlife Program initiatives creates partnerships with state and federal agencies to acquire land, improve and maintain critical habitat for deer and other wildlife, and increase public hunting opportunities. Deer Management and Whitetail Watch sign initiatives created by Whitetails Unlimited help build relationships with private landowners, who play a vital role in wildlife conservation.
