The 2026 Houston Safari Club Foundation (HSCF) Worldwide Hunting Expo & Convention concluded its three-day run January 23–25 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center with extraordinary turnout, industry participation, and fundraising success. The event reaffirmed its status as one of the premier gatherings for hunting, conservation, and outdoor enthusiasts in the United States.
In its annual tradition, HSCF welcomed thousands of attendees to an expansive expo hall featuring hundreds of exhibitors showcasing the latest in hunting gear, firearms, optics, apparel, taxidermy, artwork, and outdoor innovation. International outfitters joined alongside local industry leaders, offering attendees opportunities to book guided hunts, explore conservation-driven services, and engage directly with experts in their fields.

In addition to the expo floor, the convention offered a full slate of social and fundraising events, including:
- Banquets with live and silent auctions, raffles, and community celebrations
- Live entertainment
- Daily speed raffles and grand weekend raffles featuring high-value gear
- Networking experiences connecting hunters to peers and professionals
- A free TPWD Hunter Education course filled to capacity
- A dynamic schedule of social events that underscored the camaraderie and shared mission of the sporting community
Proceeds from the convention once again directly supported HSCF's mission of preserving the sport of hunting through education, wildlife conservation, and heritage promotion. Funds raised will underwrite scholarships, youth outdoor education programs, hunter advocacy efforts, and habitat conservation initiatives—continuing the organization's impact on the future of wildlife stewardship.
"HSCF's 2026 Worldwide Hunting Expo & Convention was an outstanding success, bringing together our community in support of meaningful conservation and educational efforts," said Derek Ham, 2026 HSCF Convention Chairperson. "The energy, engagement, and generosity we witnessed over these three days reflect the deep commitment of our membership and industry partners to the future of hunting and wildlife conservation."
Looking ahead, HSCF announced that the 2027 Worldwide Hunting Expo & Convention will take place January 15–17, 2027, once again at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center. Future dates: January 14-16, 2028; January 12-14, 2029; January 11-13, 2030. Enthusiasts are encouraged to save the date and prepare for another exceptional gathering of the hunting and outdoor community.
