
On Feb. 5, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department will be partnering with the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson to host a live, YouTube tutorial for young artists. The tutorial will feature drawing an arctic grayling, which is the subject for the 2027 Conservation Stamp Art Contest.
For the tutorial, the following art supplies are recommended:
- Graphite pencil and eraser.
- Several sheets of 8.5x11-inch paper.
- Colored pencils.
- Micron pen or fine-line black pen.
Professional entries for the contest will be accepted through from Jan. 2-March 31, 2026. Submissions for student categories are open now and will close April 10, 2026.
