Unlike other crossbow scopes, setting up the Hyper X is extremely fast and simple. Hunters can be ready for the field with a few quick steps and slight tuning adjustments. Simply select the desired mode, input the speed of the crossbow and sight in the first crosshair at a 20-yard target. That’s it! Once the crossbow is sighted in at 20 yards, the Hyper X can calculate all other points of aim for any yardage.
Obtaining an accurate range has never been easier or quicker, thanks to Auto Acquisition Technology. A simple press of the wireless ranging remote gives an exact range reading when the target presents itself. The Hyper X does the rest of the work, accurately judging the target's distance, automatically adjusting the reticle for elevation, and conveying it in an easy-to-read illuminated readout. If the target is in motion, a long press of the remote will place the optic in scan mode, displaying a continuous range readout in real-time. The wireless ranging remote can be conveniently mounted anywhere on the stock so it can be activated without having to adjust shooting form or grip.
The 4x32 scope features multi-coated, premium glass lenses for maximum light-gathering ability and a 4x magnification for better target acquisition and identification. An illuminated reticle system provides clarity and confident shot placement in low-light conditions. A Weaver-style rail mounting system offers a range of mounting options on most crossbow and firearms rails, and a rugged housing and water-resistant body protect inner workings from the elements.
Like premium Halo rangefinders, the Hyper X features Angle Intelligence that automatically calculates an angle-compensated distance. Shots from elevated positions often result in over-shooting since the line-of-site distance to the target is further than the actual flat distance to the target. Angle Intelligence automatically adjusts this yardage discrepancy. Hunters can be confident in shot placement thanks to all of the great innovations of the Halo Hyper X.
