Columbia, MO – The MidwayUSA Foundation’s Youth Shooting Sports National Conference: 2019 was held on October 25th and 26th in Columbia, Missouri. The annual conference is held to allow leaders in the youth shooting sports community to collaborate and connect. The activities and content presented during the conference focused on building a partnership community between the MidwayUSA Foundation and its many national and state partners. The partner community in attendance consisted of 42 partner organizations. These organizations traveled from across the country to attend, with 33 state and 9 national organizations represented.
Conference content ranged from the sharing of best practices, to the introduction of new MidwayUSA Foundation engagement drivers and donation incentives, to highlighting new resources such as the Foundation’s targeted fundraising products (non-cash grants). The Foundation also highlighted its new Partner Community web page. This page allows for “one-stop-shopping” for new or experienced teams seeking youth shooting organizations that provide resources for funding, equipment, training, ranges, and competitions.
