[Sturgeon Bay, WI] MWS Associates, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a Regional Sales Manager position in the TALO(Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma) states. A successful candidate must reside in territory or be willing to relocate.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, be self-motivated, possess strong organization, communication and computer skills. A qualified candidate will also be capable of extended travel, have in-depth product knowledge and a passion for the outdoors.

Job duties as a Regional Sales Manager include servicing all levels of trade within the defined territory including; independent sporting goods retailers, farm & home, distributors, e-Commerce and chain accounts. RSM is responsible for territory sales growth, communicating market trends and sales analysis to manufacturers, and retail support including training, as well as supporting retail promotional events.
