Albany, TX, February 16, 2021 — Aaron Dusek joins Schooler Associates as Director of Sales to lead, develop, and implement growth and expansion strategies within current and new product categories.

Aaron Dusek previously served as Regional Sales Manager for Steve Kaufmann & Associates (2007–2009), and more recently as the Vice President of Sales for TRUGLO, Inc. (2009–2021) where he was instrumental in developing strategic growth across numerous brands and product lines. “Aaron’s previous experience provides practical knowledge to develop and implement growth strategies across all channels of trade within the outdoor space” said Kevin Roberson, Partner at Schooler Associates. “Additionally, Aaron is a great compliment to the sales and management team atmosphere we have fostered for the past 20 years. Aaron has managed sales teams nationwide and has played a critical role in developing sales channels for new brands including advising on product development and implementation.
