Rio Ammunition Featured in New Panteao Instructional Video

The video, titled How to Train for 3-Gun is an epic 4-hour video demonstrating how to successfully master 3-Gun skills like firearm transitions and abandonment techniques and loading your firearm on the clock, as well as how to train for 3-Gun with start position drills, speed training drills, run strategies and much more.

3-Gun is a challenging game with scoring based on speed and accuracy where competitors run different courses with a variety of targets, transitioning between MSRs, pistols, and shotguns through the course of fire. In recent years, 3-Gun has become one of the fastest growing shooting sports.

Rio Pro Staff team member, Keith Garcia, is a multi-time 3-Gun Nation champion who serves as a California police officer and was recently added to Panteao’s group of highly regarded professional firearms instructors. Keith has been shooting in 3-Gun since 2008, taking the title of 3-Gun Nation (3GN) champion, multiple wins during the 3GN Pro Series tour which aired on NBC Sports, and most notably, winning the $55,000 cash purse at the 3-Gun Nation Championship.
