Wylie brings more than 30 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain operations to the team, further strengthening CSSI’s commitment to growth, quality, and service.

Wylie’s career spans leadership roles with some of the most respected companies in the firearms and sporting goods industries. Most recently serving as National Sales Manager for Elite Tactical Systems, Wylie directed sales teams, assessed market trends, and developed forecasting strategies to align inventory with demand.

His most extensive tenure was with RSR Group, where he served for over three decades, rising to Director of Purchasing. In that role, Wylie managed a large multi-state purchasing operation, implemented cost-saving strategies, led vendor negotiations, and collaborated across departments to maximize sales and profitability.
