Texas Hunter Products, a leader in outdoor wildlife products since 1954, has generously donated several premium Directional Fish Feeders to the newly renovated Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center (TFFC). This donation supports TFFC’s mission to educate, inspire, and engage visitors in freshwater conservation and recreational fishing.
The feeders will be strategically placed along the banks of TFFC’s recreational fishing ponds, allowing guests to observe fish feeding behaviors up close while also helping maintain the health and vitality of the pond ecosystems.
“We’re proud to support the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center and its incredible work in conservation and education,” said Cody Borgfeld, VP/GM for Texas Hunter Products. “Our feeders are designed to enhance the fishing experience and promote healthy aquatic environments, and we’re excited to see them in action at such a renowned facility.”
TFFC, often referred to as the “Big Bass Capital of the World”, is home to the Toyota ShareLunker program and attracts over 40,000 visitors annually. More than 25,000 of those visitors participate in fishing activities during their visit. The center features a visitor center with educational exhibits and aquariums, a wetland trail, a freshwater fish hatchery, and the Hart-Morris Conservation Center.
