St. Louis, MO. — Ardent Tackle LLC of Missouri, USA filed suit in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County State of Missouri on April 4, 2017 against Maurice Sporting Goods, Inc. of Northbrook, Illinois for Breach of Contract relating to Maurice's failure to pay Ardent for the sale and delivery of goods. Additionally, Maurice has been sued for three other counts including Fraudulent Misrepresentation, Unjust Enrichment, and Conversion. Maurice was served with the suit on April 11, 2017, Ardent officials said.
