Galati Gear Adds Removable Cummerbund to Elite Snipers Mat for .50 cal weapons.

Cook Station, MO – Galati Gear, a leader in the tactical gear industry since 1983, has added an external removable cummerbund to the Elite Snipers Mat for more control and support when using as a backpack.

The re-designed Elite Sniper Shooter Mat now features a removable external cummerbund for easier backpack carry. This Elite Mat is made specifically to carry large .50 cal weapons and accommodates powerful 50 BMC's, AR-10C's and other longer firearms.

Modeled after the Galati Deluxe Shooters Mat, the Elite Sniper Shooter Mat provides three products in one: a 55" weapons carry case, a 70" fold out shooters mat and a dragbag. An adjustable tiedown strap and muzzle pouch secures the firearm inside the case to prevent movement. A reinforced 3" padded rib adds extra strength to support the weight of heavier firearms as well as the weight of a bipod, bolt and silencer.

An extended zipper run is present on both ends of the mat so the heavy duty YKK dual slider zippers and zipper run can be stored inside the pouch, eliminating unnecessary noise. A protective flap cover prevents water from entering the case. Two drag loops are located on the outside of the case to provide stealth entry.

The mat set-up uses a removable pouch and panel configuration with four detachable and interchangeable panels located at the top of the mat. Transport the case by the reinforced carry handles or use the hidden padded backpack straps and cummerbund to wear as a backpack.
