QUWF and ALPS Brands Form Partnership for Wildlife

Buffalo, Missouri- "Our members and banquet attendees know QUWF picks companies and products totally focused on our lifestyle and passion for the outdoors. Today we are excited to announce that ALPS Brands, another strong Missouri Company, joins our fight for upland wildlife habitat restoration," announces Craig Alderman of QUWF. "Our business model lets our local chapters retain the true dollars from their banquets with no mark ups from us or hidden percentages on items they buy for their events and banquets. Chapters then maximize local profits which is good for everyone. To do this we need vendors and partners who have not just good products, but great products for the outdoors and get the message of wildlife habitat conservation. ALPS joins our ranks with a family of focused products from back packs to blinds, gun cases to dove seats," states Alderman.

"There is no better goal in this outdoor industry than to preserve the wildlife and their habitat which literally keeps the industry vibrant and that takes constant work," states Frank Hemmer of ALPS. "QUWF is hands on, supports local, focused work on private and public lands 24/7 across the country maintaining, building and supporting all upland wildlife, not a specific species. Now ALPS products will be supporting those efforts with high quality hunting and outdoor accessories with all QUWF chapters, lodges and plantations and the national headquarters located here in Missouri. ALPS is rolling up its shirt sleeves to support our upland wildlife nation-wide through and with QUWF," concludes Hemmer.

"Keeping our upland wildlife habitat and populations safe takes a giant team effort at many levels every day, every hour. Almost daily across the nation, habitat work is being accomplished by QUWF members. ALPS joining QUWF reveals that they really support and understand active hands on work, at the local level, speaking volumes about their dedication to the need," observes QUWF Chief Biologist, Nick Prough.

As of June 2015, QUWF and its local chapters and members have impacted 2.85 million acres of wildlife habitat and it's chapters spent over $150 Million Dollars in their local communities. That is "Turnin-the-Dirt™".

Quail and Upland Wildlife Federation, Inc.™ is the only Veteran Founded tax exempt 501(c)(3) conservation organization, serving its members and chapters nationwide. QUWF provides a strong local source of habitat focus on quail and all upland wildlife with population recovery. Millions of dollars of habitat work have been completed by its members over the years on millions of acres of both private and public lands. That work continues with a renewed vitality. Our chapters from coast to coast, provide the grass roots, local habitat work that is making a difference each and every day.
