Janesville, WI (February 9, 2016) - Rinehart Targets®, designer and manufacturer of the most lifelike, durable and realistic archery targets and hunting decoys in the industry, today announces significant expansion with the addition of two key team members.

"The introduction of the Doloma Decoy Series has received overwhelming enthusiasm, starting with a Top 10 spot in the list of most innovative new products at ATA—and we have no intention of slowing down this momentum."

Previously serving as the company's shipping department manager, Brad Rinehart implemented several internal processes to reduce time and resources within the department and thusly was promoted to New Project Manager for all product lines.

"I got involved with the Doloma Decoys project very early on," says Brad. "And now I'll be able to continue that work across all Rinehart products, from brainstorming to prototyping to production. This entire company is racing forward right now, and I'm very excited to be in the middle of this strategic expansion."

"Brad played a monumental role in the development of the Doloma Decoys," adds McGovern. "And he's already got a few more big things in the works. This year is going to be very exciting for our entire team."

In addition to Brad's promotion, Brittney Rinehart joins the team as the Inside Sales Representative. In this new role, Brittney will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams with both internal and external customer service.
