Three top executives have resigned at Fishing Holdings, the Arkansas-based boat manufacturer acquired by Springfield-based Bass Pro Shops.

Reached by the News-Leader Friday, Fishing Holdings President Randy Hopper confirmed that he, Vice President of Sales Keith Daffron and Vice President of Finance Mendel Hughes resigned effective Monday. Hopper declined to comment further.
