Attendees at the Safety Harbor Boat Show are welcome to participate in any or all of the classes that will be held each day. Participants will get hands-on instruction under the watchful eye of expert anglers.

· 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. – "Secrets to Catching Fish Using Artificial Lures" with Captain Jeremy Heimes

Learn the correct techniques and gear to use.



· All Day – Cast Net Demonstrations

Learn how to throw a cast net without using your teeth or getting wet!

Neil will be using Silly Willy Jigs and the Uncle Neil Teasers to provide you with all the secrets to catching pompano.



· 3:45 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – "Throwing Artificial Lures for Reds and Huge Trout" with Captain Jeremy Heimes

Red Fish are hungry this time of year and so are gator trout fish. We will be working our favorite lures to target these prize catches.

The Safety Harbor Boat Show runs Friday, April 10 through Sunday, April 12 at the Safety Harbor Marina Park, just steps from Main Street Safety Harbor and the famous spa. Hours are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $2 for adults, with half of all ticket proceeds going to Humane Society of Pinellas, courtesy Bright House Networks. Children 12 and younger are admitted for free.
