Celebrate National Park Week - Spend a Week in a National Park

BILLINGS, MT – The National Park Service and National Park Foundation will celebrate National Park Week April 18-26, 2015 by waiving entrance fees on April 18 and 19.

"That's a great way to introduce people to America's most treasured spaces," says Dan Austin, President and Founder of Austin Adventures (http://www.austinadventures.com/). This company for over 40 years has made guiding guests through the parks an art form, the reason so many past trip alumni return year after year to explore a new destination.

"I remember being a kid and experiencing Yosemite. It was literally life-changing, and I see the same reaction and sense of awe from guests who explore our national parks with us," says Austin.

"We're based in Montana so we're fortunate to have several amazing national parks in our 'backyard,' but you can bet the parks outside of our region are dear to us as well,'' says Austin. The company launched its Preserve a Park Program in 2010 to help support park education and conservation and this year has selected the Grand Canyon Field Institute for their per guest donation of $100 for anyone who books its new Grand Canyon Family Adventure.
