Airing on Wednesday, September 17th, the exhilarating final episode of the season, "The Last Hunters," follows Jim and Corey as they head out on a once in a lifetime trek to document a traditional Inuit polar bear hunt. The Inuit, who were once known as Eskimos, take the hosts on an unforgettable journey to the harshest northern environment on Earth: the Arctic.
