Celebrate The Grand Opening Of The New Calvert Marine Museum Store

Simply Extraordinary describes what visitors can expect on Saturday, May 3 for the grand opening of the expanded and better than ever Museum Store. With its new storefront window, glass doors and new furnishings, the Museum Store is open daily from 10:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. and promises a memorable shopping experience.

An exquisite jewelry collection showcases unusual necklaces, earrings, pins and bracelets with many pieces inspired by the waters and tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay. Hundreds of new items include classic megalodon wrap t-shirts for adults and children, river otter totes, ball caps, home décor, porcelain and sterling tree jewelry, and much more. An expanded children's section includes more books, boat model kits, a menagerie of plush animals, and more fun educational, quality toys. Where else can you shop locally for hostess, wedding or special occasion gifts where many items are made in America?
Favorite items that shoppers have come to know and love are still adorning the shelves, such as the etched crab wine glasses, Carvel Hall crab knives, crab pasta, and others. We're proud to carry a few CMM store exclusives such as the framed John Barber print "Buying Oysters at Drum Point."

Just in time for Mother's Day, spend a minimum of $50 (after any discounts) in the Museum Store and get a free box of sea salt caramels perfect to keep or give away. Included in the gift wrapped box is a coupon for 20% off any purchase May 19 - June 1, 2014. One special offer per person please.

The friendly staff awaits your visit. Calvert Marine Museum members get 10% off in the Store every day, and 20% off on the 20th of every month. LIKE us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter for store merchandise highlights posted weekly.
