Treasures & Traditions TV Announces Sponsorship Sales Opportunity

Aiken, SC- "Treasures & Traditions", a new television series launching on Discovery's Destination America Channel in June, has announced an opening for a Director of Partnership Development to build advertising and sponsorship relationships for the program's June pilots and full 2015 series.
The "Treasures & Traditions" series will celebrate America's rich outdoor heritage by inviting outdoor enthusiasts to have vintage firearms, fishing tackle, decoys, books and other outdoor treasures appraised by a team of staff and "guest" experts. The show's producers have announced an immediate opportunity for a television advertising and sponsorship sales professional to lead the sales and marketing of six pilot broadcasts airing June 21-July 3, 2014 and to develop the marketing strategy for the full series to air in 2015.

"From the outdoor enthusiasts who participated in our first events in Cincinnati and Hartford to the representatives of Destination America who have seen advance edits of the show, response to "Treasures & Traditions" has been extremely gratifying," commented Bob Delfay, Chief Executive of the project. "We are greatly encouraged that Destination America representatives are already discussing scheduling opportunities for a full program schedule in 2015."

"We are excited about the long-term prospects for this show and look forward to working with a sales professional who shares our enthusiasm for the long-term success of the project," Delfay said. The position requires television sales and marketing experience and the ability to generate sales in a short time frame. Relocation to South Carolina is not required.
