Patience Will Be Tested on "Maximum Archery Ambush Tour"

New Berlin, WI - Andy Ross had such an exciting time hunting mule deer in Wyoming, that he had to try it again - this time in Western Kansas. Andy knows how difficult tracking mule deer can be, but he soon finds out persistence is key. Discover if Andy claims success on Maximum Archery Ambush Tour, airing exclusively on Sportsman Channel on Friday, November 22 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT.

The hunt begins with high hopes, as Andy is set up in a prime hunting location. But with deceiving Kansas terrain ahead, it's impossible to foresee what's to come. "You never know how many opportunities you're going to get on a mule deer, but we did everything we could to get close," said Andy Ross, host of Maximum Archery Ambush Tour. "This is a tough game, but we tried our best to be at the right place at the right time."

The hunt continues as high winds roll through Western Kansas. The potentially game-changing weather greatly alters the hunt, but in a way they never expected. "We knew that if the situation wasn't right, we weren't going to get that mule deer," said Ross. "The landscape was challenging, but we knew we needed to keep going to get the perfect shot."
