Winchester, Virginia- Premier Reticles, a third generation specialty optics company supplying the civilian and military markets with innovative products for more than 63 years, announces its most recent introduction to their Premier™ Heritage™ line...the 5-25x56mm Tactical riflescope.

Big brother to the already popular Heritage 3-15x50mm introduced only one year ago, the 5-25x56 offers the same optical design features outstanding image quality across the entire field of view, superior color fidelity, sharpness and contrast ratio, a field of view that surpasses what is presently offered in comparable scopes, and excellent light transmission through the full visual spectrum-yet following Heritage's 5X zoom ratio, while fulfilling the expectation of a 5X ratio in Field-of-view.

The Heritage 3-15x50 and 5-25x56 are available with Premier Reticles' own patented illuminated Gen II Mil-dot reticle, the Gen II XR (extended Range), Horus Vision H27 and H37 illuminated reticles with 11 brightness settings and a locking illumination dial for storage in the "Off" position. The illumination is designed to go "power off" between settings and has a 6-hour time-out function to preserve battery life. Currently, all Heritage scopes come standard with First Focal Plane reticle location for consistent subtension regardless of magnification setting.

Parallax adjustment is accomplished by turning a side turret providing a sharp image focus from 50 meters to infinity. The side turret allows the parallax adjustment to be accomplished while the shooter is in the shooting position and without having to raise their head to observe the adjustment.

The tactical windage and elevation adjustments on both Heritage scopes feature the patent-pending Lever-Lock™ dial retention for re-zeroing without the use of special tools. Adjustments are come standard in 0.1mrad (1cm) click values, while "user-swappable" dials are available to change click values to ¼ moa.

With 5.5 diopter in adjustment range, the ocular (eyepiece) adjustment is secured by a finger actuated lock on the ocular housing, ensuring any adjustment made for your vision will be kept in place from any inadvertent movement.

All Heritage riflescopes are based on a super rugged 34mm diameter one-piece maintube constructed from 6061- T6 aircraft aluminum. All internal parts are precision machined to matching tolerances providing exacting performance, reliability and movement. Environmental survivability guaranteed to 1 atmosphere submersion and temperature rated from -40° to +60°C.
