NMMA, Congressional Boating Caucus to Host Event in D.C.

On Wednesday, February 27, NMMA – in coordination with the Congressional Boating Caucus – will host an event in Washington, D.C. to highlight the recreational boating industry’s economic impact at the national, state, and local level. The briefing – titled “Boating Industry Briefing: Jobs, Businesses and the Economy” – will feature remarks from members of Congress, manufacturers, and industry representatives.

The event follows the recent publishing of NMMA’s national and state economic impact report and will serve as the first, official release of congressional district level data – informational that is invaluable for the industry’s advocacy efforts. During the event, NMMA members will share their company’s story and Congressional Boating Caucus members will discuss the importance of recreational boating to their constituents.
