Montana Rifle Company, maker of fine classic hunting rifles, has signed-on as the newest Corporate Sponsor of Safari Club International.<

"SCI is thrilled to have Montana Rifle Company displaying their support of our goals in such a substantial way," said SCI CEO W. Laird Hamberlin. "The mission of Safari Club International complements that of Montana Rifle Company perfectly. Our dedication to the protection of hunters' rights here and around the globe is reflected in their dedication to creating and manufacturing some of the finest rifles in the world. SCI is fortunate to have such a strong ally to help us in the fight to preserve our hunting heritage."

Montana Rifle Company started building rifles in 1999, based on a proprietary action that incorporated the controlled feed of a Mauser style with the additional safety features of a Winchester Model 70. The result was a uniquely strong action that could accommodate a wide range of calibers.
