Moultrie Launches All-New Metal Feeders

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. –– Moultrie, the leading innovator in feeders, trail cameras and game management tools, has announced the next evolution of Metal Feeders. This launch is an extension of Moultrie’s long-lasting legacy in the feeder market. Since inventing the spin-cast feeder in 1979, Moultrie has led the advancements and innovations in feeder technology. The new era of metal broadcast and gravity feeders is available in 300- and 600-pound options. You can find the new feeders exclusively at your local Bass Pro Shops store.

“We are excited to partner with Bass Pro Shops to bring all-new metal feeders to market for hunters and land managers across the country,” said Daniel Wilson, General Manager of Moultrie. “Our goal was to design a metal feeder that would offer all-weather durability and high performance without breaking the bank. From the included solar panel to the built-in viewing window for monitoring feed level, our team considered every detail and delivered.”

The weather-resistant metal hopper is complemented by coated stainless steel hardware, making it a reliable choice for any outdoor setting. The new Metal Feeders have an integrated clear viewing window, which allows users to easily monitor feed levels at a glance without the need to open the lid.

Broadcast models include a solar panel and are equipped with the Universal Bluetooth Digital Timer II, which can be programmed for up to 10 feedings per day with run times ranging from 1 to 60 seconds. This level of customization allows users to tailor their feeding schedule with maximum flexibility.

Broadcast models are built with a 12V motor, providing consistent performance. The programmable controller and 12-volt battery are safely concealed inside the hopper, keeping them protected from the elements. With a dedicated physical test button, users can quickly verify the feeder is functioning correctly without any hassle.

Broadcast models are also designed with varmint protection to keep feed in and pests out. The spinner plate is enclosed in a critter-proof steel cage, safeguarding the feed from unwanted pests. The sturdy steel legs and feet are also designed for stability, with holes for staking, ensuring the feeder remains securely in place.

Moultrie’s metal gravity feeders are ideal for feeding protein and can also be used with corn and other grains. The multi-chute gravity head features a feed flow adjustment to ensure continual feeding no matter the size of the feed pellet. The two gravity options are simple to set up and use and do not require any electronics.
