Idaho: F&G Commission to Meet Via Conference Call

Idaho Fish and Game commission will meet via conference call April 9 at 8 a.m. MDT. In accordance with the Governor's orders regarding COVID-19, public will not be allowed to attend the meeting in person, but may listen in.

Consistent with the Governor’s March 18 proclamation regarding Open Meeting Law compliance, the public may listen by dialing (408) 418-9388, and entering Access Code: 965-394-207. There will be no opportunity for public comment or questions during the meeting.

1. COVID-19 update

2. (Action Item) Temporary Limit on Nonresident Tags, Permits, and Licenses. Consideration of amendments to the Temporary Rule (adopted April 4, 2020). Amendments to address: persons who have been Idaho residents less than 6 months; Idaho resident drivers who are not able to obtain Idaho driver’s licenses; nonresidents who possess valid black bear tags (as related to baiting permits); and written outfitter agreements.
