Ranger Boats Recognized for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction

National Marine Manufacturers Association honors Ranger Boats for world-class quality, customer service with two coveted CSI Awards

FLIPPIN, AR – Ranger Boats, the world’s premier performance fishing boat brand, has been recognized for excellence in customer satisfaction by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), receiving 2019 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards in the Fiberglass Outboard Boats and the Fiberglass Bass Boats categories.

Ranger was recognized thanks to positive feedback provided by its customers. To qualify, Ranger Boats customers gave the brand an independently measured standard-of-excellence rating in customer satisfaction above 90 on a 100-point scale, based on customers purchasing a new boat or engine between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2019. Ranger Boats created its legendary brand by delivering unparalleled build quality, innovation and strength for more than 50 years. The superior customer satisfaction delivered by Ranger Boats is validated by these ratings from its passionate group of owners.

“The Ranger Boats legacy of quality craftsmanship and cutting-edge features built the most sought-after fishing boat brand in the industry,” said Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris, who revolutionized the boating industry in 1978 by introducing the world’s first professionally rigged and nationally marketed boat, motor and trailer packages. “The CSI Awards are a tribute to the craftspeople, associates and dealers who provide quality, value and support to our customers every day.”

First created in 2001, the CSI Awards were recently announced at the 2020 Miami International Boat Show and recognize top-rated marine industry brands that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers.

In addition to Ranger Boats, five other iconic White River Marine Group brands across four categories earned prestigious CSI Awards for 2019, including:
