Pietta USA/EMF Introduces the Legendary “R” Model

(Santa Ana, CA), Pietta USA/EMF manufacturers of the finest historical and modern firearms, known for its craftsmanship, quality and dependability is proud to introduce the “R” Model as part of its Great Western II series of single-action pistols.

The “R” Model pays homage to the “Duke” himself and reflects the same pistol used by one of the “Duke’s” most famous characters, Rooster Cogburn. The “R” features a 4.75” barrel made from hammer-forged steel, traditional Colt-style hammer with floating firing pins (the traditional 4-clicks when hammer is pulled back) and contrasting colors, from the one-piece polymer grip to the “Old-West” finish on the frame and barrel. The “R” Model will be on display at the 2020 SHOT Show, Booth #16344.
