The Natural Resource Commission (NRC) of the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will host its monthly meeting at 9:30 a.m., Nov. 13, at 6200 Park Ave., in the Walnut Woods Conference Room, in Des Moines. The meeting is open to the public.
