Kids ages 17 and younger, with a parent or guardian, are invited to take part in this hunt, Saturday, May 4, with a mandatory meeting Friday, May 3. Both the hunt and the meeting will take place at 2311 West Bluewater Highway in Ionia.

The event will include a safety meeting, shooting range time, snacks, a presentation by a wildlife biologist, T-shirts and a mentored hunt for youth. All equipment and supplies will be provided. Cost is $25 per youth.
