For the Project Manager position, Primary Arms is seeking highly motivated, qualified individuals with a Project Management Professional certificate and experience in the firearms industry. This candidate must be able to conduct project appraisal, prioritization, and coordination in a dynamic performance-driven organization. Supporting products cradle-to-grave, qualified candidates must have experience in global supply chain and manufacturing fields.
For the Manufacturing Engineer Manager, Primary Arms is seeking a results-oriented and degreed Manufacturing Engineer to create and maintain a team of quality manufacturing engineers, assembly technicians, and supervisors. This individual must be able to develop workflow for highly technical small parts assembly, including overseeing the building of required workspaces. This individual will also create assembly procedures, quality standards, and other key manufacturing processes. Qualified applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in the firearms or optics industries.
