Austin, Texas –– The world’s leading entertainment destination for hunting, fishing, and outdoor adventure programming, Waypoint TV is announcing the fourth annual Series Showdown.
Every year, in March, Waypoint TV hosts a Series Showdown for fishing and hunting shows that air on the Waypoint TV channel. In this March Madness-type competition, series go “head-to-head” in a weekly showdown with live voting on the Waypoint TV website, to see who comes out on top. This is an opportunity for viewers to show support and vote for their favorite shows. There are a total of 16 series in the hunting bracket and 16 in the fishing bracket. Voting will officially start on March 16 through the Waypoint TV website in the Sweet 16 round and continue through Elite 8, Final 4, and the Championship rounds.
In the end, the Champion of each bracket will get a week-long programming event on the Waypoint TV channel and one lucky viewer who participates in the voting will win a giveaway from presenting sponsor, Xpedition Enterprises. This is an exciting way to engage producers and viewers in some friendly competition.
How/When to Vote
All voting will take place at www.waypointtv.com/series-showdown. Follow the on-screen prompts to vote in the hunting and fishing brackets.
Sweet 16 voting: March 16 to March 19
Elite 8 voting: March 20 to March 23
Final 4 voting: March 24 to March 27
Championship rounds: March 28 to March 29
