RavenEQ, the AI solutions provider built exclusively for outdoor brands, has launched a first-of-its-kind consumer-facing AI experience that puts official and approved hunting regulation information into a mobile-first, conversational chatbot. Powered by RavenEQ’s technology, the Raven Guide gives instant answers to hunters, guides, and wildlife officers at any moment, anywhere.
For generations, state hunting brochures have been the go-to resource for rules and regulations, often stretching to 80+ pages in print and hosted as large pdf files that are difficult to read. Finding answers requires reading, searching and retaining knowledge from these traditional formats. The Raven Guide harnesses all of that information in a simple to use chatbot that can be accessed by desktop or mobile and can be used to apply, plan and stay legal in the field.
It works with natural language and answers simple questions such as:
“This AI experience delivers the right information at the right time, whether you’re planning an application, preparing for your hunt trip or just harvested an animal,” said Tim Glomb, Co-Founder of RavenEQ. “Knowledge is critical to remain legal and ethical. It’s all about access, speed and precision.”
RavenEQ launched the first Raven Guide for the Colorado Big Game 2025 season based on the approved brochure issued by Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Consumers can access from the RavenEQ website and it will be promoted as a free resource through a number of distribution channels. Explore it at www.raveneq.ai/colorado-big-game-2025.
Elisa DeFoe, RavenEQ Co-Founder and CEO adds that “Wildlife agencies should be exploring how advances in technology can better the hunter’s experience, increase applications and lower incidents in the field. AI makes knowledge instantly accessible for low dollars and can be deployed, managed and updated incredibly quickly.”
RavenEQ has also published a whitepaper guiding state agencies on how to explore AI as a potential tool for reaching their goals. You can download that paper and learn more about the Raven Guide solution by visiting RavenEQ.ai/state-wildlife-agencies or contacting hello@RavenEQ.ai.
