A bowhunting camp, Raised At Full Draw, is now accepting reservations.
The 2021 summer schedule will be held in the following states:

Raised At Full Draw (RAFD) is a nonprofit aiming to introduce youth and women to the outdoors through the means of archery, bowhunting and outdoor education. RAFD has both a co-ed camp for ages 12 to 17 and an adult women’s retreat.
The goal of their camps is to pass knowledge and techniques on to the next generation and allow them an opportunity to learn in a safe hands-on environment. In addition, there will be a focus on how to hunt responsibly, effectively, and to learn all of the other attributes of ethics, morals, and values that come along with spending time outdoors. The goal is for the campers is to exit camp as skilled archers, but more importantly they are to leave with an appreciation for hunting and the outdoors as a whole.
Participants do not need experience within archery or bowhunting. If they do not have archery equipment, they will be provided equipment during camp. This camp is complete with all the skills necessary to gain the abilities, build confidence and personal growth for bowhunting/hunting. Activities at camp will include starting a fire, building a shelter, properly setting up a ground blind, the ins and outs of tree stand safety, learning your proper shot distance and angles (effective range) to wrapping up with blood trailing and field dressing. We cover it all!
Participants will also earn their bowhunter education certification.
Openings are still available in most states, but hurry registration is limited. Registration fee is $250 for the overnight camps. Registration forms, volunteer and sponsorship opportunities are available at www.raisedatfulldraw.com All camps are coordinated by volunteers in the various states.
