Blackfin Yachts in Williston, Florida, is recruiting a Marketing & Sales Manager. A BS in Sales and Marketing or 5 years’ experience in fishing boat Sales and/or Marketing is required. A background including recreational fishing and boating is a must.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to research, develop and implement strategies to gain market share. Core responsibilities include preparation of press releases and other marketing materials; contracting vendors for photoshoots, advertising and brochures; maintaining social media accounts and preparing market analysis reports.

Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills (with the ability to speak and present effectively to both internal and external audiences). Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills required. Must have the willingness and ability to travel as required by the position (boat shows, industry trade shows, dealer visits).
