CCA Florida Partners with Walking Tree Brewery for Waterways Campaign

During the months of March, April and May, Walking Tree Brewery along with their distribution partners will donate a portion of the proceeds from their Mangrove Series of IPA’s to the Coastal Conservation Association Florida and support our efforts to protect Florida’s Waterways and Fisheries. “As a company comprised of mostly Treasure Coast natives, we feel an obligation to bring awareness and to do what we can to aid causes that protect our delicate eco systems,” said Danny Rey, Sales and Marketing Director for Walking Tree Brewery. “Most of us have grown up enjoying the Indian River Lagoon and surrounding beaches our whole lives and we feel privileged to now have a platform to help bring more awareness to the causes that are near and dear to us.”

The campaign will feature Walking Tree Brewery’s yearly release of their Mangrove Series of IPA’s. The beers are named after the different species of mangroves that are native to Florida and are just as diverse as our eco-systems. White Walking Tree IPA is a traditional west coast style IPA featuring notes of bitter citrus while maintaining a crisp and refreshing finish. Black Walking Tree IPA is named after the Black Mangroves and offers rich and roasty notes of chocolate and coffee balanced with a floral, citrus nose provided by the hops. Red Walking Tree IPA offers a malty sweetness accompanied by fruity notes to provide a crisp and flavorful malt forward IPA. Last, but not least is our Buttonwood Double IPA, a true delight for the hop head with heavy fruit notes and piney bitter hop bite. Enjoy any of these IPA’s at your favorite bar or restaurant and help save a waterway today.
