Whitetails Unlimited President Jeff Schinkten has announced that Havalon Knives has renewed their WTU national sponsorship. “A quality knife is an essential tool for every hunter, and Havalon has an entire line of outstanding knives,” said Schinkten. “Our members have been excited when Havalon knives are featured at our events, because you can depend on them being sharp. We really appreciate their support.”
Havalon’s origins are in the medical industry, making scalpels and other tools for surgeons. The transition from operating room to field dressing and skinning game is obvious, and the Havalon team started designing knives specifically for hunting.
