We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Development to guide and implement the Century Arms product roadmaps to grow our global leadership position in the firearms industry. The Director, Product Development will be accountable for the evolution, development, and improvement of Century Arms innovative products, ensuring Century Arms delivers best-in-class products for shooting enthusiasts, hunters, self-protection and other related markets.

The right fit for Century is someone with a demonstrated track record of proven success in all phases of the product life cycle, excels at leading cross-functional teams, and genuinely understands, through 10+ years of experience, what it takes to deliver in a product driven company with a North American customer base.
