Sponsor List Grows for Big Bass Zone Junior Championship

COEUR D’ ALENE, Idaho – The Big Bass Zone Junior Championship (BBZ JC) Presented by Bassmaster Magazine with Partner The Willows Club by Anglers Inn International continues to gain sponsorships for this popular grass roots tournament program.

A long list of key manufacturers has grown to over two dozen and shows no sign of slowing down. Each sponsor helps offset all travel costs for the qualifying angler from a state of their choosing in the Championship this fall. The Willows Club will host the 2020 Championship at is resort in Idaho. Over $370,000 in prizes and scholarships plus fishing trips to Lake El Salto in Mexico and the Amazon River in Brazil were awarded at the 2019 Championship where the weigh in was conducted at The Willows Club marina.

Among the latest sponsorships signed are Rugged Shark, Fisher of Kids, TackleDirect, Michigan B.A.S.S. Nation, Heller Highwater, Limit Out Performance Marine, Mark’s Marine, Let’s Go Fishing, Daiwa, Lockett Lure, Kustomz Truck Auto & Marine, Blue Heron Communications, Floating Suites Outfitters and Ventana.

These new sponsors join the original list that includes St. Croix Rods, Huk, Lund Boats, Mossy Oak, Abu Garcia, Berkley, Bass Cat, Mercury, Lowrance, Minn Kota, Humminbird, and Motor Guide.

The entry fee is $25 for one state or $50 for a nationwide entry. Anglers can enter as many times as they want. Each entry includes a one-year subscription to Bassmaster Magazine. The qualifying contest ends August 1, 2020, and each state’s angler with the largest bass recorded is invited to the 2020 BBZ JC final event. Anglers can also qualify for $1200 for transportation expenses to the championship.
