The Private Land/Public Wildlife Advisory Committee will meet May 14 and 15 at the Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks’ Region 4 office in Great Falls. The public is welcome to attend in person or register to make public comment via Zoom. The meeting runs from 1 to 5 p.m. on May 14 and from 8:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on May 15.
Appointed by the governor, the advisory committee is charged with reviewing FWP’s access programs and offering recommendations to help achieve program goals and maintaining good relations between hunters, anglers, landowners and oufitters.?
Agenda items include a legislative update, a review of FWP private land access programs and a discussion on an interim work plan.
