John Phillips, Founder and President of Poway Weapons & Gear, an NSSF 5-Star range and retail gun store will present at this year’s Firearms Industry Compliance Conference (FICC), to be co-hosted by Orchid Advisors and the National Shooting Sports Foundation.

On the morning of May 7, Mr. Phillips will address the audience with a presentation on “Selling Firearms in California – Operating Under Maximum Regulation.” This educational session is suitable for all segments of the shooting sports supply chain but will focus on regulatory considerations for retail and eCommerce business operators.

Later on the 7th, the ATF will host a session on broader retail transfer considerations for retail operators, especially those related to ATF Form 4473 and the eForm 4473. Both the ATF and Ms. Alexis Tunell of Orchid Advisors will walk through the form, step-by-step, providing listeners with an opportunity to enhance retail FFL compliance.
