Hunters Connect, the all new YouTube channel and social media platform announces that onX Maps has become a sponsor to officially support the all new social media platform for new hunters owned by the International Hunter Education Association, IHEA-USA.

Hunters Connect is offering a number of tools and resources to help lower hurdles and the learning curve for those who have recently entered the hunting world. These resources are structured with a heavy emphasis on using the R3 strategy. HuntersConnect.org will serve as the base camp for the Hunters Connect platform, it will direct hunter ed grads and new hunters to social platforms and a YouTube channel were there will be an abundance of digital media content and videos that cover the “how-to,” “where-to,” “when-to,” and “what-to”.

In a world that is quickly going digital, an average of 600,000 students go through HunterEd every year, and about 200,000 of those students take an online course option. These online course takers do not have as many resources or outreach to hunting mentors like the in-person sessions do. Hunters Connect releases weekly content and videos that will cover the topics that many new hunters struggle to find the answers to. With the support from onX Maps, a company that has recently added all state hunting regulations and seasons to their mapping tools, will help create a resource that hunters can rely on and trust.

onX Maps is a digital mapping system that allows hunters and all other outdoor recreationists to understand and easily distinguish between public and private land boundaries. Users can utilize these maps in locations where no cell coverage is provided by simply downloading the maps of the area you plan on visiting before you go. All of their mapping tools are available on desktop and mobile devices so you can scout when and where you want to.

onX recently launched “Hunt Central” which allows hunters to choose any state and find all the latest hunting season and license information based on which state they plan on hunting in. This new feature allows users to learn which animals they can hunt, the dates they are in season, where to buy a hunting license and much more. onX provides everything you need to plan your future hunting trips.
